production technology
Aluminum doors and windows are made of 6063 aluminum alloy. After melting and extrusion, they are aged to improve their strength. They are made by strip-through technology or glue-injection bridge breaking, CNC cutting and punching, anodized or fluorocarbon sprayed on the surface, and finally assembled with hardware and tested for air tightness, wind pressure resistance and other properties to ensure compliance with GB/T 8478-2020 standards.
