    Materials and manufacturing processes

       

    The alumina profile is made of 6063/6061 aluminium alloy substrate, which is processed by anodising process after casting, extrusion, and forming a dense oxide film. The process enhances surface hardness (up to HV600 or more), corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and provides metallic textures such as silver/champagne, which are widely used in high-end architectural and industrial components.
