Solar panel aluminium profile is an aluminium alloy frame specially designed for photovoltaic modules, which is mainly used to fix and protect solar panels.
It is made of 6063 or 6061-T5 aluminium alloy, which has high strength, light weight (density 2.7g/cm³) and excellent corrosion resistance (anodising). The profile is precision extruded, and the structural design includes installation slots, drainage grooves, etc., which have both wind pressure resistance (can withstand 2400Pa load) and convenient assembly.
The surface can be sandblasted, electrophoresis and other treatments, suitable for outdoor use for more than 25 years, and is the key supporting material for photovoltaic power stations and rooftop solar systems.
